About the Role
You'll support the Executive Head Chef with the creation of the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banqueting menus
You'll help create and manage your own kitchen brigade
You'll welcome guests in a friendly manner and use feedback to make improvements
You'll work 5 days per week, sometimes including weekends and bank holidays.

Ideally, you have already gained work experience in the same or a similar role, preferably within a prestigious Restaurant and/or hotel environment.
You are passionate about the food industry and are motivated to change and grow. You must demonstrate an unrelenting focus on food quality and have the ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
If you are a dynamic, social and motivated Sous chef or experienced Senior Chef de partie with experience in prestigious Hotels, who would like to take on a new challenge, we would love to meet you.
