About the Role
As a Chef de Partie at Castlemartyr Resort, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and diverse culinary brigade. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes with precision, adhering to our culinary standards and guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of exceptional meals.
Assist in menu development, bringing forth your creative ideas and innovative approaches to culinary artistry.
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Mentor and guide junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and passion for culinary excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
A passion for culinary arts, with a deep understanding of flavor profiles, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Proficiency in preparing a variety of cuisines, with an ability to adapt to changing culinary trends.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative and harmonious kitchen atmosphere.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of our guests.

Ideally, you have already gained work experience in the same or a similar role, preferably within a prestigious Restaurant and/or hotel environment.
You are passionate about the food industry and are motivated to change and grow. You must demonstrate an unrelenting focus on food quality and have the ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
